Meet Our Founder
LISA D. W. MACK
I am, Lisa D.W. Mack,the founder of Mack Coaches. I am certified by the International Coach Federation and The Leadership Circle and hold a BCC, from Marylebone University. I am able to coach wherever I am in the world! Most of my clients are in the DC area I also have clients across the US, Ireland, Hungary, Brazil, and Poland.
In my 50s, I looked at my career as a Corporate Director of Recruitment in the healthcare industry on National, International and District levels, and realized that I had reached all of my goals, but could I keep doing this for 20 more years?
I looked at what I loved about my career and compared it to what I really want to do for the next 20 years. I mapped out a career path and what risks and rewards would be if I took the leap from the corporate world to working for myself. I needed to dust off my “blueprint for success”, and make my decision to stay or move to the next adventure!
My favorite thing about what I was doing was coaching leadership. I knew I had in depth experience coaching leaders who I worked with; but how could I transfer this skill set to people who didn’t know me. I quickly did my research and set the wheels in motion.
I completed my coaching training and sat for my certification with ICF, International Coach Federal. I have never looked back! Being a coach is the most fulfilling career I have had. It affords me the opportunity to work with leaders who are committed to growing their career and gives me the work life balance I was craving.
My philosophy is for you to discover what do you truly want and determine what you are willing to invest to reach your goals?
My job as a coach, is to ask you those thought provoking questions to bring forth the answers which are already inside you!
